We are simple rural family living in a small village where I and my father work to make a living. My father worked in the city, while I was working in a nearby village. My friend worked with me also, and he was not better than us in terms of financial situation , he was an orphan, works to feed his mother and five sbling.
We used to go to work early in the morning just after the sunrise, and we used to take a taxi. One day we left a little late and we did not find any taxi because the cars going to that area were few and go early, so we decided to walk on foot, in hope that a car would pass and carrying us with it.
After half an hour we felt a little tired and decided to sit down a bit and relax, we were halfway, and there is no house, nor shop nearby… nothing except open land.
Five minutes passed before we saw a car heading towards us. We stood and waved to the driver to stop, when he did, we found the car was full of passengers and there was only one place empty. I said to my friend: “go with them, and I will follow you if another car passes.” He said: “But what would you do if you did not find a car?” , I said: “I will return home and you will tell the owner of the factory what happened”. He said: Ok.
My friend went by car while I stayed alone on the road side waiting another car to pass. A quarter of an hour passed and no car passed. I said bitterly: “great … who will get me to my work now?”.
Suddenly, I found a dog in front of me, it appeared from nowhere, and it was black and its shape terrifying. And to my astonishment, the dog talked! And said to me: “come up on my back and I will carry you to your work”.
I was shocked and fell unconscious, to wake up to the voice of a shepherd says to me: “thank God … you are alive”. Then he asked me what had happened to me. I could hardly explain to him while I was still trembling. He called one of his friends who came and drove me home.
After this incident I left work in that area and decided to work in my village in a sewing shop.
The image of that black dog did not leave my head, and my psychological state has deteriorated a lot. My father came with some sheikhs, they read some verses of the Quran to heal me spiritually, but I still see that dog in my sleep! And now, whenever I see a black dog, I feel very scared.
